How does the best price guarantee work?
Send us a written quote from another 3PL for the same services and volumes. We'll beat it.
Is there a setup fee or long contract?
No setup fee. Account setup, SKU onboarding and store connections are free. Choose a 12-month agreement and you get 30 days free.
How fast do you prep for Amazon FBA?
Most FBA prep is finished within 24–48 business hours after your inventory arrives.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders received by 2:00 PM Central ship the same business day. New inventory is ready to sell within 48 hours of arrival.
Can you receive containers from the Port of Houston?
Yes. We receive 20', 40' and 45' containers and 53' trailers, palletized or floor loaded, usually the same or next business day. Please send your packing list 24 hours before arrival.
Do you offer discounted shipping?
Yes. We ship with discounted rates from major carriers, so you pay less per label than retail rates.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, Central Time.
